Spot Welder

We are looking to recruit up to 4 spot welders to join us in an exciting new venture for our business. With continued growth and increased demand we are expanding our current team of spot welders, to enable us to manufacture fencing panels over a 24 hour period.

These positions will be based at our Halesowen site where you will be manufacturing temporary fencing panels. A forklift licence would be advantages as you may be required to move the product during your shift.

Due to the hours of the role you will be responsible for ensuring the site is secured when you leave, full training will be provided.

This will be a high production role, and paid on piece work. OTE for this role will be £130+ per day

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 3pm until 11pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
