**The highlights**:
We are looking for an organised, focused and driven self-starter, Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD), to join our friendly and fun team in Bognor Regis. Your primary focus will be to support and help manage the time of the MD, making sure he completes his tasks on time. You will also assist two other business executives on an ad hoc basis and will oversee the running of the office.

**What you’ll do (but are not limited to)**:

- Working alongside the MD to help him deliver his projects on time
- Act as a filter between the MD and the rest of the team
- Booking and arranging meetings (diary management) for the MD
- Booking travel and accommodation for the MD and other team members
- Act as the link between the India office (acting as Manager to the India Office Manager) and the UK Head Office
- Processing the Directors’ expenses
- Arranging staff events
- Overseeing general business admin tasks
- Answering the office phone
- Making sure the office is tidy, and compliant with health and safety/fire regulations _(no previous experience required)_
- Acting as a Fire Warden and First Aider (Training will be provided)
- Ordering stationary and other items for the office on an ad-hoc basis, when required
- Assisting the MD with personal/ outside tasks and administration
- Other tasks agreed with the MD

**Who you are**:
You will be and will have experience as;
- Highly organised person with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise tasks, with the confidence to say if deadlines are not achievable or need extending
- Resourceful and willing to learn
- Self-motivating, especially when the MD is away
- Ability to question and follow directions when required
- Ability to focus in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to ensure the MD is where he should be
