We’re seeking a confident communicator to join our Refugee Resettlement and Migration Service as a Senior Resettlement & Migration Officer.

Homes for Ukraine, UKRS, Afghan Relocation, Assistance Policy, Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme

**About the role**

As Senior Resettlement & Migration Officer you will lead, advise, and guide a team of Caseworkers on complex, contentious and challenging issues, whilst taking a leading role in developing your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality service across Wiltshire. It is essential you have at least one years line management experience

You will also support our Refugee Resettlement and Migration Specialist and Assistant Team Manager to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, predominantly focusing on Homes4Ukraine buy providing advice and information to support effective decision making.

**About you**

You should have a good understanding of public sector services and experience of new arrivals in the UK and we will look to you to have understanding and respect for different cultures.

Experience of working to specific policies and procedures and strong IT skills and flexibility are essential.

An understanding of the various resettlement schemes would also be beneficial
