Shop Assistant

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a friendly attitude
- Serve products and provide product information in a professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goal

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

**Note: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.**
