**About Us**:
ARN is a multidisciplinary team of designers and makers. We're specialists in commercial carpentry, set building, trade stands and bespoke builds for brand activations and businesses
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the design team and workshop team to develop project briefs.
- Create detailed sketches and prototypes to bring concepts to life.
- Utilize a variety of materials and techniques to construct products.
- Take ownership of the production process, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and components.
- Participate in product testing and refinement to achieve optimal performance and aesthetics.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in design and manufacturing techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience in design and fabrication, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, other CAD software, and/or 3D modeling software.
- Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with woodworking and the use of workshop machinery, power and hand tools.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Experience with metalworking, or other relevant crafts is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is desirable.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
