**Hours: 40 (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm**

**Salary:£21,673.70 per annum**
- Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the world of records management? We're seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Operative for a full-time, 6-month contract. Join us and be a vital part of our team
- If you’ve got experience in a warehouse, fantastic, we could use someone that can hit the ground running. However, experience isn’t required. So long as you’re a team player and able to handle a relatively physical role you’ll easily be able to get up to speed.
- We operate at the highest levels of data security, and our warehouse operatives are a vital part of our secure workflow. These members of our team allow us to track, monitor and process all documents ready for complete destruction, and in doing so, our warehouse operatives keep our customers’ data safe whilst keeping our operations running.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Efficiently manage and organize records and documents.
- Ensure accurate storage, retrieval, and tracking of files.
- Maintain a secure and organized records storage facility.
Collaborate with a supportive team to meet project goals
- **ABOUT YOU**
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous records management or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces we store on behalf of the leading museums.
