JOB TITLE: Watersports Instructor

DEPARTMENT: Summer Staff

RESPONSIBLE TO: Company Manager/Centre Manager

JOB PURPOSE: To facilitate fun and safe learning by assisting in the preparation, organisation, delivery and running of activities for children and adult clients both on and off the water.

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic multi watersports instructor staff for Summer 2024. We offer staff Uniform, competitive rates of pay, comprehensive staff training and a friendly, supportive working environment.

In this role you will work closely with senior instructors to deliver fun and engaging sessions including Paddlesports, coasteering and more to a range of ages. We have work available from Mid-April onwards, so if you are interested in spending your summer teaching watersports activities in Cornwall, get in touch.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED, at least one of the following:
BC Level 1 coach award

BCU Paddlesport instructor

RYA Dinghy Instructor

RYA start windsurfing instructor

(NVBLQ) Beach Lifeguard award

QUALIFICATIONS ESSESNTIAL: 8hr 1st Aid

*Pay is based on the National minimum / Living wage depending on age.*

**Salary**: £42.50-£85.00 per day
