As a technical sales specialist within our team, you'll play a crucial role in understanding, anticipating, and meeting our clients' requirements. By engaging with our customers, you'll be instrumental in communicating the exceptional value and tailored solutions our products offer.
**Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell ENTTEC products and services as appropriate solutions to new and existing clients,
- Work with the client on their project requirements, including (but not limited to) pre-sale and post-sales technical assistance,
- Answer general enquiries as well as provide quotes in a timely fashion,
- Log communications, projects, or opportunities on CRM software,
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across Europe, our sales territory,
- Build strong relationships with design consultants,
- Organise and participate in regular client meetings (virtual and physical),
- Represent the company at trade shows (national and internationally),
- Be aware of and uphold company policies and work methods.
**Qualifications and experience**
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Proven early career success in technical or industrial sales.
- Proven experience in meeting sales forecasts essential.
- Hold a relevant degree or demonstrate an equivalence that is recognized by our industry and customers.
- Experience in the lighting industry preferred.
**Skills and attributes**
- Confident communicator both written and spoken.
- Fluent in one of the following languages: French, Spanish, or German highly preferable (written and spoken).
- Capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Familiar with the updating and maintenance of client and project information through CRM tools.
- Technically minded: able to draw basic connection or wiring diagrams and interpret technical drawings.
- Able to multi-task and manage your own time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Elevated level of competency in Microsoft Office products - we work with MS Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Reliable.
**Culture and Perks**
- Salary ranges from GB48,000 to GBP56,000/year, based on experience and skills.
- A full-time role, based around a 09:00-17:00, Monday - Friday working hours model.

- Annual leave per year: 28 days.

**Salary**: £48,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
