Our bakery is the beating heart ofour Food and Beverage offerings across the estate. Creating World Class artisanbreads and baked good for our restaurants, hotel and farm shop. As a workingestate, seasonality plays a large part in the operation meaning you’ll get theopportunity to work with some of the freshest produce Somerset has to offer.

**Our Bakery Assistant**

We are looking for a team memberwith experience to join our bakery team. You’ll be supporting our Head ofBakery and team in the daily preparations of doughs, pastries, baking andpacking products

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tosupport our current baking team
- Tomaintain the company’s vision and ethos.
- Toprepare, develop and maintain high quality products.
- Toensure all products are delivered and packaged on time.
- Toensure Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation are adhered to; this willinvolve appropriate training.
- Toensure that you are correctly dressed, adhere to high personal hygienestandards.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experiencein baking
- Passionateabout baking and food in general
- Mustbe highly organized with attention to detail
- Greatattitude and willingness to learn and progress
- Calmand efficient in a busy environment
