We are seeking an experienced Powder Painter or Engineering Operative who is capable of using tools and working to high quality standards.

**Salary & Package**:£13.00 to £13.50 per hour. Pension 5% personal contribution and 3% company contribution. 25 days holiday (increasing to 27 days after 5 years’ service ) plus public holidays. Buy and sell holiday scheme. In-service life assurance of 3 x annual salary. Healthcare Cash Plan

**The Powder Painter job will involve**:

- Perform required quality checks including 1st piece, in process and final inspections.
- Load parts correctly onto line for maximum capacity / unload and palletize painted parts
- Change hanging patterns as needed
- Troubleshoot process as needed

**This Powder Painter job will suit**:

- A good understanding of manufacturing and associated techniques (5S/Lean) or ability to learn quickly
- Attention to detail. Capable of reading engineering drawings is a bonus.
- Ability to multi task

- Ability to work on own or as part of a team
