**Qualifications**:

- NVQ 2 Level 2 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or Customer Services or equivalent experience.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Recent recruitment administration experience with an awareness of safer recruitment.
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working on internal IT systems.
- Ability to work at pace and on multiple tasks at the same time (this is not a role where you can do one job at a time).
- ICT Skills: Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
