Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. This is a full time role, 5 days from 7 on a rota basis and duties include:

- Processing bookings and inputting details to the in house bookings system.
- Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Scheduling and diary management.
- Placing orders and dealing with suppliers.
- Daily use of MS Office as well as in house IT systems.
- Additional ad hoc administrative duties within a busy office environment.

**Person specification**
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new skills and systems with ease.
- Capable of managing a busy and varied workload.
