We recruit a wide variety of exciting roles in sales, marketing, digital and design. With big plans to grow and scale our business we are searching for ambitious Recruitment Consultants. We will value you from day one and offer you a long-lasting career where you develop your core expertise in either design, user experience, marketing, or technology.

**Salary & benefits**

£20,000 - £25,000 basic depending on experience.

Generous commission scheme - Up to 30% commission on revenue you generate.

30 days holiday + bank holidays.

**Job type **Permanent (either 4 or 5 days per week)

**Location** Portishead (2-3 days from home per week)

**Skills & experience you’ll need**

A natural desire to treat people with as much kindness and courtesy as possible under any circumstances is the cornerstone of Worthy & True.

A good sense of humour would be encouraged as well as being genuinely curious about people and their businesses.

Great communication skills are essential as you will need to talk to people to understand their hopes, dreams and transferrable skills.

A passion for bringing good ideas to the table to help us build the best recruitment agency in the world from the ground up. Lots of initiative, creativity and desire to take an active role in our marketing of the company on social media would be fantastic.

Being able to organize yourself and juggle several projects and administrative tasks at once is essential.
