**Rail Compliance Advisor**

We are looking for a Rail Compliance Advisor to join our rail team in Bristol (Westbury on Trym) The Rail Compliance Advisor will be responsible for managing the onboarding, training and compliance of safety critical and PTS qualified for our clients in the UK rail industry. This role requires a strong understanding of rail industry regulations and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of safety critical staff, including conducting pre-employment checks, verifying qualifications, and arranging medical assessments.
Ensure that all safety critical staff hold valid Rail Sentinel cards, and coordinate the renewal and replacement of cards as necessary.
Manage the training and development of safety critical staff, including arranging and coordinating training courses and ensuring that all staff are trained to the required standards.
Ensure that all safety critical staff are compliant with industry regulations, including holding the required qualifications, certifications, and licenses.
Monitor and report on the compliance of safety critical staff, including tracking expiring qualifications and arranging re-certification as necessary.
Manage the scheduling and allocation of safety critical staff to client sites, ensuring that all sites are staffed with the required personnel.
Liaise with clients to understand their safety critical staffing requirements and provide advice and guidance on industry regulations and best practices.
Keep up-to-date with changes to industry regulations and standards, and ensure that safety critical staff are trained and compliant with any new requirements.
Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records of safety critical staff, producing reports, and coordinating payroll and invoicing.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK rail industry.
Strong knowledge of rail industry regulations and standards, including the Sentinel system.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is preferred.
Experience with recruitment and training of safety critical staff is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
