**What the opportunity looks like**:
The Senior Operator - Warehouse is responsible for working alongside other Senior Warehouse operators in supporting the Team lead to ensure the highest standards are maintained in our busy work environment. Setting an example for the Team working with positivity and purpose at all times.
- Provide motivation and direction to the team by encouraging and supporting the achievement of goals through coaching, feedback, recognition and role model the right behaviors aligned to our values.
- Communicate with Warehouse Team Leader regarding operations as and when required.
- Responsible for ensuring all Health and Safety standards are maintained within the squad and on site including machinery operation complying with relevant company polices.
- Responsible for all paperwork relating to picking of casks and disgorging of casks in warehouse operations including tally sheets.

**Skills and experience that will help you be a success**:
For this role we're looking for:

- Demonstrable previous experience within a warehouse environment.
- Driving License preferred.
- Fork Lift Truck Experience preferred.
- Onsite HGV license preferred.
