Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Attend Court, mediations and meetings and preparing detailed notes and minutes as required.
- Provide assistance with corporate transactions, including managing the data room and post completion tasks Ensuring file compliance with relevant regulatory standards and the Office Manual processes
- Management of bill process and interaction with Finance
- Effective administration of the Files which includes Matter Opening, Matter Closing, Matter Archiving, and data updates during the course of a matter
- Drafting of documents including correspondence and Court documents
- Dealing with the organisation of multi-party meetings and attendances, including travel arrangements, timings, and packs.
Skills & Experience required:

- Excellent academics must have studied or is studying for the Legal Practice Course.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Excellent Legal research skills
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
- Experience of working in a Law firm (desirable) or other professional environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
- Client focussed with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Self-motivated and keen to get the job done.
