**Full time - Four day week (10-12 hour shifts) with alternate weekends off**. **Overtime is also available if required.**

This job has been designed to offer an excellent work/life balance. We offer four days working longer shifts than normal but three days off per week
- in addition we ensure that your every other weekend is off. Allows people to balance their home and family responsibilities with their role within hospitality.

Experience and personality are the vital attributes. Experience working in a busy bar and/or restaurant is essential. As is a people friendly, chatty and personable personality. We want our staff to engage with our customers, make them feel welcome and relaxed.

Cellar management, real ale experience and exposure to making quality cocktails would be extremely useful.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
