**Role**:Supporting the managent team and carrying out other administration duties necessary for the smooth and effective running of a busy office. This is a varied role that will suit an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual who is keen to develop their skills within a supportive and friendly team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- General office administration duties including but not limited to filing, reception, word processing documents, maintaining spreadsheets
- Supporting the management team with sales and purchasing adminsitration, logistics, human resources and marketing.
- Assiting with sales ledger processing including dealing with debtor queries
- Assiting with purchase ledger processing, supplier reconciliations and assisting with supplier queries
- Dealing with ad-hoc requests and showing the ability to plan the delivery with mínimal disruption to your work

**ESSENTIAL**
- Previous administrative experience gained in a busy office environment.
- Excellent computer literacy with knowledge and experience of IT systems, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Adaptable, positive and flexible attitude with an ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and professional telephone manner

**DESIRABLE**
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and computerised accounting software

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
