_Borthwick Heating_ is a company established in 2008, operating from the North East and across the UK. We work through the ECO4 scheme, which focuses on reducing carbon emissions, and are constantly expanding, with a workforce of over 150 staff, 70+ vans and completing thousands of installs yearly.

We are currently looking for a Retrofit Assistant to work alongside our team of Retrofit Co-ordinators. An important aspect of this is assisting in deciding energy efficiency measures suitable for a customer. Full training will be provided. You will learn skills such as:

- **Reading floor plans and identifying key areas of the home**:

- **Interpreting and producing Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties**:

- **Using our current systems to input data**:

- **Identifying property and heating system ages**:

- **Identifying insulation types**

Key qualities:

- **IT literate, experience working with MS Office**:

- **Willingness to learn new skills**:

- **Passionate about sustainability and renewable energy**:

- **Administrative skills**

Please note, this role is vital to enable the work throughout the company, therefore, someone with a high attention to detail and a focused attitude is key.
