**Role & responsibilities**:
- Drafting and assisting in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
- Making appointments and maintaining up-to-date appointments calendar and tasks lists.
- Dealing with clients both directly and indirectly.
- Photocopying and preparation of Court bundles and Briefs.
- General office duties.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Essential
- Good academic background including, GCSE English and Maths.
- Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Previous secretarial experience.
Desirable
- Experience in a solicitor’s office.
- Audio typing experience
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
