**Senior Fund Analyst - London - Hybrid Working - £DOE plus attractive benefits**

FryerMiles are delighted to be supporting this fast paced, industry leading pan-European Real Estate Investment and Asset Management business. Due to continued success, FryerMiles are on the search for an experienced Senior Fund Analyst to join a thrivingfund analytics team.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Coordination and review of quarterly reporting and valuations form external valuers
- Annual/Monthly IRR forecasts, cash flow analysis, hold/sell analysis
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and fund reporting templates in excel and PowerBi.
- Model real estate funds for NPV, IRR, Senior/ Mezz financing, promote/ distributions calculations, liaise with other teams to find the answers for variance in actuals vs forecast.
- Liaise effectively and professionally with teams within the company, including the CEO and Partners.
- Use appropriate tools to produce/review fund monitoring reports for our clients,
- Data collation and management; using inhouse database systems,
- Assist with the production and review of ad-hoc analytical reports,
- Support projects or specific work streams, and
- Efficiently handle large sets of data and be able to confidently process them into required formats

**Role Requirements**:

- Fluent in English - proficiency in another European language preferred.
- Experience in building 3 statement models, REIT models, Real estate Asset and fund level modelling from scratch.
- ACCA/ACA/ CFA Qualified.
- Working knowledge of reading and using outputs from financial statements.
- Experience in building dashboards in PowerBI and tableau preferred.
- Experience in R, VBA, python and power pivot highly desired.
- Independent, personable, collaborative/teamwork player, self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
- Genuine and demonstrable interest in investment, finance and real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent numerical skills. Strong work ethic and commitment; ability to perform under deadline pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Permission to work in the UK
