Sales Agent

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Agent to join our fast-growing company. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with new clients.

The role will be working across the Jonic Group.

Feather and Springs supplies hotels and rentals with our luxury range of beds and handmade mattresses, manufactured in our Morecambe workshop.

Jonic Ltd is a manufacturer and online retailer of bespoke bed linen, mattresses and upholstery for the leisure industry. We cater to awkward shapes and sizes of beds often found in caravans, motorhomes and boats.

We have also recently released a new product under the name of Citibed. This product is a modern and sleek furniture system - a living room, dining room, bedroom and office all in the footprint of a king size bed. There is no other product like it in the market, and the Sales Agent would have the opportunity to build the sales process from scratch.

Key responsibilities:

- Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Keeping accurate record of sales activities and customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and new product developments
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience and Qualities:

- 5 years of experience in a sales role, including generating business
- Proven track record of sales success, ideally in the leisure industry
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Personable with a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships

Must haves:

- Full driving licence as this role will include travel.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
