**A day in the life of a**

Trainer you will assist in providing an effective and responsive support to learners on apprenticeships ensuring they remain on track, undertaking onsite assessments to ensure they are receiving the necessary skills and experience including undertaking reviews with the learner and employer. You will support the learner on their whole learning cycle of their apprenticeship.

**Skills/experience required**:

- Highly motivated with a range of industry experience.
- A good communicator
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office IT packages.
- Willingness to learn and share skills, well organised and good interpersonal skills

**Qualifications required (All)**:

- Minimum GCSE in English & Maths at grade 4 / C or equivalent
- NVQ level 3 in relevant industry.

You will need to be comfortable talking and engaging with people and be a highly organised and enthusiastic team player. You will have a keen interest in our industry and willing to undergo further training and development. You will be ambitious and want to drive to maintain our high standards.
