Commercial Administrator

**Job Role**

The Sales and Marketing Administrator reports to the Head of New Business and is responsible for ensuring that the business is supported with all administrative functions to support the generation of business with new and existing clients. The required hours would be Monday to Friday and between 09:30 and 14:30 (25 hours).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to the Heads of Sales & New Business and Sales Managers.
- Assisting with the client on-boarding and KYC (know your customer) feedback forms
- Group CRM system data entry and management
- Assisting with the day to day client relationships and the subsequent preparation and delivery of both proposals and tender response documents leading to contract
- Customer support as required
- Assist with booking travel arrangements for Sales team
- Responsibility for managing the post-contract signature process (document management system) to ensure customers are invoiced correctly.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, personal integrity and customer support.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a commercial environment.
- An individual currently operating within a commercial environment
- Strong communication (written & oral skills), ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Customer focused, with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Confident in demonstrating innovation and creativity, excellent numeracy and literacy, and good all-round IT skills to include knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point

The role is based in the Head Office in Stansted.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £17,353.66-£25,000.00 per year
