Pasquill is the largest supplier of trussed rafters in the UK, with a nationwide network of design and manufacturing sites, supported by local knowledge and service.

Our structural timber engineered floor and roof solutions have been developed to meet the latest construction industry demands for improved energy performance. Manufactured off-site, our panelised roof systems help to improve lead times, health & safety,and quality for customers across the UK, from national house builders to regional developers, to self-builders. These include roof trusses, I-beams, Posi-joists, and spandrel panels, all of which can be designed, supplied, and erected on site, using our specialisttechnical design and installation teams.

**What will I be doing in the role?**
- Ensure that the site is fully compliant with ISO 9001 and any other applicable quality standards
- Commitment to ensuring all elements of customer service are fully satisfied
- Lead detailed OFI investigations and support with suggested corrective actions
- Carry out scheduled quality and compliance checks in accordance with manufacturing tolerances and company procedures
- Ensure that inbound goods are checked for quality and deal with any resultant OFI's effectively with the relevant supplier
- Support the Controlled Document process to ensure procedures/SOPs etc. are adequately controlled
- Train and coordinate any product quality standards to site staff as part of any induction / job training
- Support for relevant site and OSS wide Quality Improvement initiatives

**Is this role right for me?**

You will manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all Quality standards including ISO 9001 are adhered to on site. This will involve activities such as conducting audits and playing a key role in facilitating external audits. Ensuring that allgoods received and shipped meet company quality standards. Investigate all relevant Opportunities for improvement (OFI's') and lead root cause analysis teams to identify opportunities for improvements. Carry out "Design for Manufacture" (DFM) activities andliaise with design team to evaluate and simplify the production process.
