Are you an accomplished Production Supervisor seeking a fresh opportunity with an innovative and award-winning food manufacturing company?

Our client is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Production Supervisor to join their growing manufacturing site, nestled in the picturesque surroundings of North Wales on the stunning Llyn Peninsula. Join their team and lead the way in manufacturing excellence

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Supervising manufacturing and dispatch personnel
- Streamlining production workflow for optimal efficiency
- Driving employee productivity to boost production output
- Maintaining clean and safe production areas
- Ensuring accurate completion of company documentation
- Guaranteeing timely and precise order fulfilment
- Preparation for the next day / week ahead

In this pivotal role, your daily presence on the production floor is essential. You will be the first to arrive, efficiently delegating tasks for a smooth operation on the factory floor for the day ahead.

- Previous experience working as a Production Supervisor in a Food production environment
- Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
- Supervision / leadership skills and the ability to delegate
- Time and priority management
- Adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines

This is a full time, permanent role based in a beautiful part of the UK close to the North Wales coast and the mountains of Snowdonia, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
