CSR are have an excellent opportunity for a Defects Officer with a joinery background.

**Key Duties**:

- Estimating general building works
- Lead on Small Works projects
- People Management
- Surveying general building defects
- Programming works
- Joinery snagging works
- Paintworks

**Criteria**:

- Good eye for detail
- Previous experience of high-end finishes
- Hands on approach
- Strong organisational skills
- CSR/CSCS card

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- joinery: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
