We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about health and fitness and capable of delivering a great customer experience.

We currently have 5 positions available, x1 post at 15 hours per week, x2 posts at 5 annualised hours per week, and x2 variable hours posts.

You must have strong communication skills, have a can-do attitude, and be able to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues. You must be able to offer advice and program updates accordingly, in order to help a wide range of customers to reach their specific fitness goals.

Positivity, enthusiasm and flexibility are essential characteristics required to help deliver cutting edge services at Queens Park Sports Centre and The Healthy Living Centre, along with other venues as directed in the Chesterfield Borough communities. We are committed to improving the Health and Wellbeing of our community and are looking for likeminded staff to drive the service forwards and ensure we retain our current members but also attract and engage with new ones.

Applicants must have a minimum NVQ level 2 Gym Instructor (or equivalent).
