Active Office is currently recruiting a Internal Sales Person based in Kilmarnock.

The Internal Sales Person will be part of a team who will contribute to the company’s continued growth developing both existing and new customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Account management/repeat and new business selling over the phone to an established customer base.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve agreed targets.
- Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing would be an advantage but not essential.
- Record all relevant market information into CRM.
- Co-ordinate sales requirements with the Account Managers
- Resolving customer queries and issues.
- General day to day office administration

**Skills Profile**

A minimum of 2 years sales experience, would be an advantage.
- Enthusiasm, energy, a desire to sell, and a desire to develop their long-term career.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The flexibility to travel to customers as required.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
