Our client provides total facilities management solutions to several industry sectors within both the private and public sectors throughout the UK. They are now recruiting for a **Facilities Contract Coordinator** to join their team at their site in Whitby, North Yorkshire. The successful **Facilities Contract Coordinator** will provide facilities and administrative support to the FM team across multiple sites.

**Facilities Contract Coordinator** Requirements:

- Proven Administration experience ideally within a similar role in Facilities Management (FM) or Property Management.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Confident with strong communication skills and the ability to interface at all levels.
- IT literate - Word, Excel, Outlook with experience of compiling reports.

**Facilities Contract Coordinator** Benefits:
