B Bagel is a unique food operator that specializes in very fresh authentic bagels and food.

We are a growing business that specializes in baking authentic bagels and bringing new flavours to the streets of London. The mission of our company is to deliver a fantastic experience to our customers and at the same time to offer delicious, fresh, and high-quality food.

**Work Place and Hours**

Until the end of February - 18:00-03:00 (or more as needed)
- in Fulham SW10

After we move to CPU (by the end of February) - 09:00-18:00 - in Wembley

**Responsibilities**:
Preparing different doughs from scratch
- Bagel dough - plain bagels, wheatmeal bagels, cinnamon raisins bagels and

chocolate bagels, mini bagels
- Challah (Brioche) doughs - Plain Challahs, Raisins Challahs and Chocolate Challahs
- Working with heavy duty equipment - Mixers, Dough Dividers, Bagel Rolling Machine
- Opening and closing the bakery, including all H&S aspects of it by filling in opening and closing forms.
- Baking the bagels and our other breads and pastries in large deck ovens
- Maintaining the highest standards of personal presentation and hygiene by bakery Food Hygiene rules
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service with any interaction with customers whenever interacting with customers (our bakery is located in our retail shop)
- Working as part of a team and maintaining a high level of teamwork.
- Undertaking other duties and tasks as directed by the Management
- Ensuring highest quality of the selling products

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes-Preference
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
