Radio Controller

To facilitate communications via the Pleasure Beach Base Radio Station and telephone system across all departments in an efficient and appropriate manner
- To communicate ride closures / stoppages / and breakdowns to the relevant managers / departments
- To provide a conduit for all Pleasure Beach departments in obtaining and passing on essential and operational information and instructions
- To ensure the smooth operation of ground sounds and top decs
- To maintain Ride Downtime records
- To maintain the Incident Report Log
- To monitor CCTV of the park operations

**People**
- To maintain the payroll / overtime hours / holiday & sickness records for Engineering personnel
- Distribution of Engineering and permanent staff payslips

**Information**
- To ensure all necessary information is documented correctly
- To assist with the control and management of paperwork stored on the DMS (including, but not exclusively RA’s/FRA’s/COSHH/Operating standards) for all areas of the Operations Department, including downloading and uploading documents as instructed or required

**General**
- To maintain a positive Health & Safety culture ensuring that Company Health & Safety systems and procedures are understood and adhered to
- To undertake and successfully complete such training as the Company shall require from time to time relevant to the position
- To undertake and complete any reasonable additional tasks as requested by your line manager
