**Job Description for Creative Assistant**

**The Role**
The Creative Assistant will play an integral role in supporting the Social Media Manager, helping to ensure a flawless delivery of exciting and innovative social initiatives and projects throughout the year. As a junior member of the team, you have the chance to get involved in content creation, PR outreach, and social strategy and implementation. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn from the rest of the team, receive feedback on your work and gain valuable practical experience, skills and confidence.

**What you'll do**
- Assisting and supporting the Social Manager Manager with monitoring and engaging of our comments, DMs, and tags on social
- Creator lead content support - supporting with creator research and identification, proofreading briefs
- Social content delivery: Collaborating closely with the creative team to assist with managing and overseeing delivery of social content across all channels
- Concept Research and Ideation: Supporting the social team with early-stage campaign prep and trends, music and content reference research
- Staying on top of current trends in social media and contributing to platform strategy evolutions and campaign development
- Scoping filming locations
- Editing organic and paid content
- Create aesthetic imagery that is aligned with our brand values for all social media channels

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£20.00 per hour
