**Job role**
As a Training Coordinator at KNW Training you will ensure our clients training needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role involves liaising with clients and instructors to set up training events and ensure that they run smoothly on the day. This involves a high level of communication, the ability to prioritise your workload and solve problems daily.

**Required skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills - experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is essential.
- To be able to work as part of a team but also take responsibility for you own clients.
- To be able to multitask and prioritise your workload.
- Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data.
- Experience of working within a logistics/planning role is advantageous.
**Salary**
The salary starts at £22,000 with increases over time depending on performance, the first being after the successful completion of the initial 6 month probationary period.
