**The Role**:

- Using Window Designer software to process customer orders accurately
- Liaising with customers regarding any queries relating to their orders
- Advising customers requiring information on products/services
- Ordering goods and liaising with suppliers

**Experience and skills required**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Logging complaints and resolving customer issues
- Desire to learn with a positive / ‘can do’ attitude
- Ordering goods and liaising with suppliers
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the Window Industry (2 years minimum)
- Experience using Window Designer or similar software (2 years minimum)

Hours of Work: Mon to Fri 8:30-16:30 including 30 minutes lunch break

Salary**:Very Competitive, Dependant on Experience**

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
