We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Brand/Packaging Designer with a keen eye for graphic design and a brilliant creative mind.

As a multi-disciplined design force, you will be responsible for bringing concepts to life, delivering strategically sound and award-winning creative work that captivates our clients and the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Thinking**:

- Bring to the table award-winning BIG, new, and unique ideas with robust strategic thinking for the projects you are assigned.
- Articulate your ideas effectively, explaining your rationale to excite both clients and the team.

**Creative Execution**:

- Demonstrate expertise in graphic design tools, particularly Adobe’s creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to give life to all areas of brand design.

**Creative Delivery**:

- Collaborate seamlessly with your project team and take ownership to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, consistently meeting deadlines.

**Communicating Your Ideas**:

- Possess confident written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to create powerful and engaging creative presentations with a logical narrative understood by a global audience.
- Present your ideas with passion and professionalism to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Owning Selected Projects**:

- Take the lead on selected projects that play to your strengths and specialism/expertise.
- Support the team to deliver work that excites and delights our clients.

**Experience You Will Bring**:

- Proven experience working on large, complex brand design projects, showcasing your ability to create impactful designs that resonate with target audiences.
- A track record of generating new and innovative ideas and transforming them into visually captivating concepts.
- Demonstrated success in effectively selling creative ideas to clients, showcasing your ability to persuade and engage stakeholders.
- Experience across relevant categories, highlighting your versatility in adapting your design approach to different industries.
