Marketing Apprentice

**Salary**:£16,000.00 per annum, plus bonus potential

**About the Role**

**Key Purpose**:
To provide exceptional administrative support to the Marketing team, whilst learning on the job, building the knowledge and skills to gain an apprenticeship qualification and preparing for going out into the work place.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve individual key performance indicators as set & agreed
- Ensure all tasks are dealt with in a professional and timely manner and in line with company guidelines; this will include tasks such as:

- Organising content and images for social media posts
- Scheduling of social posts
- Uploading literature onto the Intranet
- Re-ordering of literature
- Packing for events
- Researching potential future events and sponsorship opportunities
- Help build our social media presence to increase following and followers
- Record reach and engagement activity
- Scheduling posts on social media channels
- Assisting with Marketing administration
- Uploading content to the Company Intranet
- Maintain accurate records
- Liaise effectively with suppliers
- To support colleagues from all areas of the business as required

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
