**Salary**: up to £10.42 per hour

Contract Type: Casual/Flexible **MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SOUTHPORT AIRSHOW ON 9TH & 10TH SEPTEMBER**

Our expertise lies in providing off-site car parking services, complemented by our in-house ANPR system for seamless ingress and egress.

Throughout our history, we have successfully worked with prestigious events such as the Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012, Premiership Football, Premiership Rugby, Championship Football, Music Festivals, Concerts, and many others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementing car park procedures according to company and site regulations
- Ensuring safe and proper parking of vehicles
- Maintaining a secure environment on-site
- Ensuring smooth traffic flow
- Delivering professional customer service consistently
- Maintaining vigilance towards safety hazards and proactively addressing them if necessary
- Providing exceptional customer service to the public

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist and support customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle customer queries
- Keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with using iPads/Tablets
