Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and participate in all closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the cafe for the next day.
- Manage and motivate staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform cash handling and end-of-day financial reporting.

Working Hours:
11am - Close (hours will vary over the season, but latest will be approximately 7/8pm during peak summer season)
Thursday to Monday (5 days a week)

Both positions pay more then competitively (although, this will be UK minimum during probation period) and offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly environment. If you are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
