Responsibilities:
- Deliver a healthy and safe environment for your store colleagues and customers
- Lead your team in the driving of trade activity, and use your expertise and knowledge to grow sales and maximise profit.
- Review and manage store team performance
- Lead and manage recruitment and selection for your store team
- Ensure your team is up-to-date on store ways of working, standards and compliance
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality performance
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee attendance
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the manager to develop strategies for business growth
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among staff or customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,300.00-£26,900.00 per year
