We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader with a bias towards Carpentry / Plumbing to carry out works for a Housing association working on domestic properties.
This Multi Trader position is a permanent role for a well-established HA who provide fantastic career benefits, Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution.
Duties of the Multi Trader:
Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties
Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Glazing, Locks
Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing.
Experience of the Plumber and Carpenter Multi Trader
Must have social/domestic housing experience
A full UK driving license.
Must have multiple trades.
Pay: £37,000.00-£38,418.35 per year
