Electrical Control and Instrumentation Team Leader

This role is based at our HTI in Ellesmere Port (EP) which is one of our flagship facilities that supports the UK's critical national infrastructure. We continue to invest in EP and will also invest in you to help you reach your career goals and full potential.

**What you'll be doing;**
- Prioritise, plan and implement EC&I work including, planned routines (PPMs), breakdowns and shutdown tasks / projects
- Direct supervision and line management of EC&I Technicians including time and attendance, overtime, training and competence, performance and disciplinaries
- Provide hands-on support to the EC&I team where and when necessary
- Prepare RAMS, Permit-to-Work and high risk permits for Veolia fitters
- Supervise contractors including review and approval of risk assessments and method statements
- Lead safety accident, incident and equipment breakdown investigations
- Provide technical input to the maintenance, shutdown and 15-year asset lifecycle plans
- Provide role model leadership by promoting a high performance culture aligned to Veolia’s Purpose and Values at all times
**What we're looking for;**
- Experience gained within an Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation role
- HND / HNC or Degree in relevant discipline
- COMAH awareness and project management experience is advantageous
- Experience gained supervising a small team
- AutoCad experience is desirable
