You will be working for a large maintenance company in a mobile role, completing bathroom fitting / disabled adaptations in social housing properties across the Dereham, Swaffham, Kings Lynn and North Norfolk area.
The company offers opportunity to progress through to supervisor and management roles, with an excellent benefits package alongside a competitive £31,700 annual salary. Below are the general duties to be carried out.
Job Details:

- Installation of disabled adaptations (hand / grab rails, wet rooms and accessible areas)
- Basic carpentry / plumbing
- Small areas of plastering
- Basic painting and decorating

**Requirements**:

- Experience in bathroom fitting / disabled adaptations
- Background in maintenance of domestic properties (council / social housing)
- Professional, reliable and good customer service skills
- Full UK Driving License
