- An exciting telephone-based role where you will manage a wide range of contact needs such as quote requests, portal support, escalations and quote follow-up for Brokers and Intermediaries.What you'll be doing
- Provide support to Brokers and Intermediaries by providing quotes, portal support, escalations, and quote follow up within agreed service levels, ensuring the right outcome is achieved aligned to quality standards, regulatory requirements and L & G’s treating customers fairly policies.
- Collaborate with the Stakeholder Teams sharing best practice and learnings ensuring the teams are aligned, while working with Brokers and Intermediaries, Telephone Account Managers and the customer services team to continuously improve the service experience, seeking to reduce customer effort and improve efficiency.
- Provide a point of escalation and ownership of complex queries to include complaints, investigating where appropriate and resolving where possible, ensuring any complaints dealt with are logged correctly. Use root cause analysis to identify trends and contribute to continual improvement.
- Accurately record activity and output using the appropriate system (CRM) to enable the appropriate quality checking to the prescribed QA framework for the role ensuring accurate management information.
- Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) - Seek feedback from Brokers/Intermediaries that aims to identify areas for improvement within product design, literature, administration and sales processes and provide information to relevant areas where appropriate.

What we're looking for
- Experience within Financial services in a sales, customer services, or admin related role
- Willing to study for RO1
- Understanding and knowledge of market conditions to maximise all profitable business opportunities. Understanding of our products and propositions and how they fit in the account’s sales process to maximise business opportunities.
- Understand current legislative and regulatory aspects affecting the retirement market so that business is conducted within the legal framework protecting the corporate brand and values.
