Deli & Farm Shop Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled supervisor to run our Deli and Farm Shop.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and charismatic person to make their mark on the business.

Supervisor responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on food items, multi-tasking food and drinks orders to a high standard, and delivering them to customers efficiently. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, with attention to detail, we’d like to meet you. To be a successful Supervisor, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their experience with us. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with the team to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Supervisor
- Barista experience
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering POS system
- Attentiveness and an eye for detail
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit with a good sense of humour
