**Overview of the role**

Fennies are expanding and we currently require Talent Assistant to join our fast paced, vibrant and recruitment team to contribute to the growth of the business. Our sites are situated across London, Surrey and Kent and we have ambitious expansion plans to grow the business over the next 5 years with new sites continually rolling out. We seek a motivated individual who can effectively support the business in supporting the recruitment team and activities.

**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:

- Complete administration for on boarding employees - collecting references and completing DBS checks
- Chase new starter information packs and documentation
- Manage ATS System
- Conduct exit interviews
- Provide administration support to the Talent Team
- Devising the most appropriate attraction campaigns utilising online and local regional resources
- Assisting the Talent Team in strategies to recruit the best talent in the market
- Manage job posting via job boards, website and review sites

**Experience / Qualifications**
- Evidence of success and a proven track record, desirable but not essential
- Degree Educated
- Experience in a fast paced multi-site organisation
- Strong IT Skills
- Experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice and methodologies desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
