Broster Buchanan are recruiting for a Credit Controller to work within Oundle. This role focuses on Sales Ledger/Credit Control processes of allocating payments, credit chasing and managing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain the allocated ledger.
- Input accurate date and information within the company's system
- Maintain accurate records and notes on customer contacts.
- Maintain debt management and relay this to the line manager
- Negotiate full balances and settlements in accordance with the company policies and processes.
- Competently use the clients' in-house collections and query management system.
- Help open new customer accounts.
- Ensure you are raising credit notes, invoices and completing administrative tasks as and when required.
**Requirements**:

- Previous Credit Control experienced
- Strong numerical, analytical and excel skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and calm telephone manner
- Administration experience
- KPI Driven
