Daily Housekeeper

**Fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeper with a lovely family in North Yorkshire Family are open to full time or part time hours**:
**Job Summary**:
Our client is seeking a Housekeeper to work in their 4 bedroom home in North Yorkshire. The family are open to a Housekeeper working full time hours (40 hours per week) or part time (25 hours per week). For full time, the Housekeeper will be expected to take on some other duties such as running errands for the family (grocery shopping, post office, dry cleaners etc). The family also have a few other properties near by that the Housekeeper may be asked to clean and tidy. The family does employ a cleaner 2x days per week.

If the Housekeeper has some gardening experience, that would be a big bonus

**General duties**:

- Cleaning and tidying
- Cooking some meals for the family - basic, healthy meals
- Laundry and ironing
- Managing tradespeople/gardeners (arranging them and manage them when at the property)
- Hoovering and dusting
- Organising wardrobes and cupboards
- Running errands - post office, grocery shopping, dry cleaners
- Experience within a similar role
- Someone organised and can work on own initiative
- Good level of English
- Somone friendly and down to earth
- Good with children
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Flexible and happy to muck in
- Driving licence and own vehicle - will pay for usage while on duty

**DBS check required at offer stage **& and a current First Aid Certificate**
