We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Deckhand to join our prestigious fleet, operating on superyachts ranging from 40m to 140m. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the exterior of the yacht to the highest standard, including cleaning, painting, varnishing, and polishing.
- Assist with deck operations, including docking, anchoring, and managing tenders and toys.
- Stand watch, including night and navigation watches, as required.
- Participate in safety drills and be responsible for personal safety equipment.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an unforgettable experience on the water.
- Work closely with the rest of the crew to ensure seamless operations both at sea and in port.
- Previous experience on superyachts or in the maritime industry preferred, but not required.
- Strong swimming skills and comfortable working on and in the water.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks under various weather conditions.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Available to travel internationally and spend extended periods away from home.
- Holds a valid STCW certificate and ENG1 medical certificate, or willing to obtain.
- Professional demeanor, with a discreet and respectful approach to guest interaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £31,303.00-£60,702.00 per year
