- Demonstrating how we are making M&S a great place to work through a high-performance culture and an employer brand that attracts and retains great talent
- Explaining how we are making M&S a great place to shop, creating the best omnichannel shopping experience in grocery (with Ocado where relevant) and engaging colleagues so they are proud brand ambassadors
- Sharing how M&S Food does the right thing through Plan A and how we source and make our products with care, so they’re too good to waste.
- Supporting the Leadership Team to bring the plan to life to help colleagues and leaders understand how they play their part
- Helping the Leadership team build their communication skills to inform and inspire our colleagues to deliver the plan
- Share key activities happening to help build knowledge of what’s going on across M&S and how the different business units contribute to the delivery of the M&S strategy
Who you are:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to make complex things simple
- Experience developing and implementing internal communication strategies, plans, and programs.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in internal communications
- Strong people skills, able to work with people at all levels of the business with confidence
- Able to think critically and creatively to solve problems and get results.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects at the same time without dropping the ball
- Detail and quality focused
- Experience in colleague engagement and event planning
What's in it for you:
- Work-life balance and hybrid working
- Colleagues and environment that inspire you to be your best
